 28 May 2011 It's been a busy first five months of the year for us. Completed title sequences for two films about to hit the festival circuit and have one more on tap. Also created the titles and production design for HP's ePrint Live as well as the title sequence for the Discovery docu-drama Who Killed Chandra Levy? Also, Gearing up with a couple new show packages and production design and art direction for a live show next week. 06 January 2011 Happy New Year! 2010 was a great year for Fifteen Below Zero, and 2011 is shaping up to be even better. New work is up, including the stop motion animation holiday show 25 Most Hilarious Holiday TV Moments, 3D animation for the TLC show Stuffocating, and the show package for the prank show on Spike TV called Phowned! Lots of other work on deck now through March as well as a new reel coming soon. Also, the documentary Phil Ochs: There But For Fortune is now playing in select cities. We did the title sequence as well as all the motion graphics throughout the film. 31 October 2010 Nice Guy Johnny is now available on DVD, iTunes and on Demand. It has spent the release week in the top ten on iTunes rentals. Not bad for an indie comedy with no major studio backing that was made for $25,000. If you haven't yet, check it out. Also, just found out we won a Gold Davey Award for the title sequence for Greg Behrendt: That Guy From That Thing. Finally, just finishing up stop motion animation for holiday programming for TV Guide Network. It's been really intensive, but well worth it. Great fun. 08 September 2010 The mini-series Sex On TV now airing on the TV Guide Channel. You can see the title sequence here. New comedy special for Bill Burr named Let It Go premiers on Comedy Central September 19. Nice Guy Johnny will be available on October 26 on DVD, iTunes and on Demand. 19 August 2010 Trailer for the new Edward Burns film Nice Guy Johnny now available. We did all the graphics and title sequence for the film that premiered at the 2010 Tribeca film festival. You can view the trailer here. 31 July 2010 So, you want the big news? We won a Daytime Emmy for MTV Unplugged. We handled all the produciton design and art direction for the six episodes of the rebooted franchise. You tend to forget about a bunch of sleepless nights and splintered hands when they hand you a big fancy trophy. On to other things... We art directed and designed the ttile sequence for the new Edward Burns film Nice Guy Johnny. The feature film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, is making the rounds of film festivals this fall and will be available to everyone in late October. Show package for the upcoming documentary series Sex on TV airing on the TV Guide Channel. Production design for comedian Kevin Hart's new comedy special Seriously Funny is currently airing this month on Comedy Central. Two documentaries, Phil Ochs: There But For Fortune and Ahead of Time - The Life of Ruth Gruber are both on the film festival circuit around the nation. We did the titles and graphics for both. |
